Background
The Article 6.4 mechanism Supervisory Body is seeking additional inputs regarding removal activities under the Article 6.4 mechanism.
This work is being carried out in response to a request of the CMA (decision 3/CMA.3, paragraph 6(c)).
The Supervisory Body, at its sixth meeting, requested the secretariat to launch a call for public inputs with a view to seeking further input from stakeholders (see SB006 meeting report, paragraphs 22).
Open Call
The public consultation process is open for a two-week period from 18th July to 1st August 2023.
Submission Details
Stakeholders are encouraged to provide input by answering the questions included in the document Guidance and questions for structured consultation on recommendations for activities involving removals available here>> and the presentation shown at the sixth meeting of the Supervisory Body on 13 July 2023 available here>>.
