The Procedure: Direct communication with stakeholders provides means for handling letters to communicate with the Supervisory Body, among other stakeholders, including their submissions, confidentiality, responses, and considerations.

Stakeholders may use the stakeholder communication form (word | PDF) to communicate with the Supervisory Body. All letters should be submitted electronically to A6.4mechanism-info@unfccc.int. 

Stakeholder groups could include: designated national authorities (DNAs) of the Host Party and other participating Parties; designated operational entities (DOEs); activity participants; indigenous peoples, local communities, migrants, children, persons with disabilities, and people in vulnerable situations; and other stakeholders.
