What is Article 6 of the Paris Agreement?

Background

According to its Rules of Procedure (See Annex II, section VIII. Expert Groups), the Supervisory Body may establish expert groups comprising internal or external experts, such as committees, panels, working groups and/or rosters of experts, as required, to assist it in performing its functions and achieving its objectives.
