The SBSTA and the SBI agreed to forward the matter to the COP at its twenty-ninth session, the CMP at its nineteenth session, and the CMA at its sixth session for further guidance, taking into account the draft text available on the UNFCCC website on this agenda item, noting that the draft text being forwarded does not represent consensus among Parties.
