**  CLOSED -- For recommendations from the MEP (10 to 24 September 2025) **

Under the guidance of the Chair, and as an exception to the standard consultation period, a call for inputs has been launched on the recommendations of the Methodological Expert Panel (MEP) at its eighth meeting (A6.4-MEP008), namely:

Document Commenting template
Draft Methodological tool: Common practice analysis Template for input to A6.4-MEP008-A02
Draft Standard: Addressing non-permanence and reversals Template for input to A6.4-MEP008-A03

Both items are scheduled for consideration at the eighteenth meeting of the Supervisory Body (SBM 018). The consultation period for these two documents is open from 10 to 24 September 2025, which is longer than the usual one-week period normally allocated for stakeholder consultations on meeting documentation.

Stakeholders are required to submit their comments by the established deadline and encourage to use the designated commenting template provided above to ensure their input is duly considered. The use of AI-generated content is prohibited, as such submissions often lack relevance and fail to address the specific issues presented in the published documents
