The COP took note that the SBI agreed at its opening plenary, to hold in abeyance its item on the compilations and syntheses of biennial reports and to defer consideration of the report on national greenhouse gas inventory data to SBI 64 June 2026.
Hans Kolshus (Norway) and Tian Wang (China) continued to facilitate discussions on Reporting from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention: Term, composition, terms of reference and report of the Consultative Group of Experts.
