Hans Kolshus (Norway) and Tian Wang (China) continued to facilitate discussions on Reporting from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention: Term, composition, terms of reference and report of the Consultative Group of Experts.
The COP took note that the SBI agreed at its opening plenary, to hold in abeyance its sub-item on information contained in national communications. At the same meeting, the COP took note of the conclusions of the SBI on this matter.
