Status:
Presidency consultations on the inclusions of the following items in the agenda were convened:
- "Special needs and special circumstances of Africa", proposed by Zambia on behalf of the African Group;
- “Matters relating to Article 2, paragraph 1(c), of the Paris Agreement,” proposed by France on behalf of the European Union and by Switzerland on behalf of the Environmental Integrity Group;
- “Limiting global warming to 1.5 °C,” proposed by Switzerland on behalf of the Environmental Integrity Group; and
- “Implementation of decisions 1/CP.26, paragraph 11, and 1/CMA.3, paragraph 18, on adaptation finance,” proposed by Pakistan on behalf of the Group of the 77 and China.
Despite constructive engagement of all Parties, there was no consensus on the inclusion of these proposals. Please refer to the report for further information.

Status:
The draft report was adopted as contained in document FCCC/PA/CMA/2022/L.2 on the understanding that the Rapporteur, with the assistance of the secretariat, will complete the report and make it available to all Parties.
The secretariat provided a preliminary assessment of the resource implications of decisions adopted by the CMA.
