This report covers the work of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts between October 2023 and July 2024, and the work of the Santiago network for averting, minimizing and addressing loss and damage associated with the adverse effects of climate change between March and July 2024. It contains information on organizational and procedural matters, including on meetings and events. The plan of action of the expert group of the Executive Committee on slow onset events endorsed during the reporting period is presented in an annex.
