Action Hub Events at COP 25

Following the success of the Action Hub at COP 24 last year, the COP 25 Chilean Presidency agreed to include an Action Hub at the UN Climate Change conference held from 2-13 December in Madrid, Spain.

This area was utilized as a dynamic events-space – suitable for non-Party stakeholders to stage digital events, talk-shows, special launch events, competition winners announcements, or varied interactive activities, all of which focus on concrete climate action and giving a voice to the audience. It is important that the orchestration of events in the Action Hub be markedly different from other traditional meetings held at the conference, in both format and content to provide a central scene that is inclusive, participatory and transparent.

The Action Hub typically hosts well-known representatives of businesses, investors, cities, etc., but also includes civil society, cultural figures, celebrities and less traditional heads of the climate debate to encourage cross-disciplinary input.

The stage was webcast, and videos of events were streamed live. The links are provided below to watch events on-demand on the website.
