Laurent Fabius, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, COP 21 President, hosted the first “informal ministerial consultations” to prepare for the 2015 Paris Climate Conference that will take place in December. Laurent Fabius decided to organize a series of informal conferences to support, at the political level, the process of negotiations on the main themes under discussion.
