The attached provisional list of participants attending the twenty-second session of the Conference of the Parties, the twelfth session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol and the first session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement, as well as the forty-fifth sessions of the subsidiary bodies, has been prepared on the basis of information received by the secretariat as at Friday, 4 November 2016. A final list of participants, to be issued on Friday, 18 December 2016, will take into account additional information received by the secretariat prior to that date and will reflect any corrections submitted. Corrections should be given to Ms. Vera-Lynn Watson at the registration counter or sent by e-mail to by noon, at the latest, on Wednesday, 16 November 2016. Because of the large number of participants at this session, the provisional list of participants is presented in three parts.
