The 4th Dialogue on Action for Climate Empowerment was held during the fortyfourth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, on 18 and 19 May 2016. Representatives of Parties, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, the private sector, media and other relevant stakeholders shared best practices and lessons learned regarding public awareness, public participation and public access to information in relation to climate change and international cooperation on those matters.
