This report summarizes the proceedings and outcomes of the three meetings held by the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) in 2014. During these meetings, the CGE developed its 2014–2018 work programme, revised its rules of procedure and took stock of the
progress made in the implementation of the work programme in 2014. The group also assessed the achievements and lessons learned in implementing its work programme and provided relevant recommendations
