This report provides a summary of the work undertaken by the structured expert dialogue on the 2013 2015 review during the first 11 months of 2013.It contains organizational and procedural information, including information on selection of the co-facilitators and meetings held.The report highlights progress made in consideration of the input of the review, including of the contribution of Working Group I to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Fifth Assessment Report. The report responds to the request made by the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the co-facilitators of the structured expert dialogue to report to COP 19
