The Conference of the Parties, by its decision 2/CP.14, welcomed the Poznan strategic programme on technology transfer proposed by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its thirty-first session, invited the GEF to provide a report on the progress made on the implementation of this programme at its thirty-second session, including on the long-term aspects of the Poznan strategic programme.
