The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its seventeenth session, invited the Global Environment Facility and relevant international organizations to provide, by 15 April 2003, information on progress in the implementation of capacity-building projects and programmes responding to the framework contained in decision 2/CP.7, for consideration at its eighteenth session. The secretariat has received seven such submissions.
