Abstract

After the consultations undertaken with Parties by the incoming Presidency of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP) at its sixteenth session, the Executive Secretary, in agreement with the Presidency of CMP 15, drafted the provisional agenda for CMP 16 below. The President of CMP 16 will propose an approach to the respective agenda items.
