This note presents the report of the Chair of the Expert Group on Technology Transfer (EGTT) to the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) on the outcome of the second meeting of the EGTT convened on 20-21 October 2002 in New Delhi, India.
