A request has been received from Saudi Arabia to include an item in the provisional agenda of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) at its sixteenth session on the implementation of Article 2, paragraph 3, of the Kyoto Protocol.
In accordance with rule 12 of the draft rules of procedure being applied and with the agreement of the Chairman of the SBI, this item is being included as item 13 (b) of the supplementary provisional agenda
