This note contains revised draft guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention: Part II, Reporting guidelines on other issues. A text reflecting the status of discussions at the
close of the tenth session of the SBSTA is contained in document FCCC/SBSTA/1999/13/Add.1. The latter document contains revisions proposed by Parties and the co-Chairs to the joint contact group on Annex I national communications at the tenth session of the SBSTA and editorial corrections. In addition, Parties may wish to refer to document
FCCC/SBSTA/1999/13/Add.2, which contains draft guidance for reporting on global climate observing systems from the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) secretariat.
