Abstract
The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its tenth session, requested the secretariat to prepare draft guidelines for the technical review of GHG inventories, and invited Parties to submit views on the draft guidelines by 1 October 1999 (FCCC/SBI/1999/8, para. 28 (d)). Five such submissions have been received in electronic form. In accordance with the
procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are reproduced as received and without formal editing.
