Parties and stakeholders interested in strengthening their climate negotiation capacities are invited to request support through the Capacity-building for Negotiators (CB4N) programme. The initiative offers tailored training aligned with UNFCCC processes, designed to enhance technical, procedural, and strategic competencies. Training can be delivered in person or online and follows a modular approach, combining interactive learning, negotiation simulations, and practical exercises. Participants include national negotiators, technical experts, legislators, young professionals, and others engaged in UNFCCC processes.
