Sub-course C3 provides you with background information on the main aspects that a review expert needs to comprehend and consider as a member of a TERT, as well guidance on assessing the consistency of the information reported by Parties on mitigation policies and measures, actions and plans, including those with mitigation co-benefits resulting from adaptation actions and economic diversification plans, related to implementing and achieving NDCs under Article 4 of the Paris Agreement with the reporting guidelines outlined in the MPGs. It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete this sub-course.
This sub-course is mandatory for new experts who participate in the technical expert review specifically to NDCs thematic area. It must be complemented with sub-course C1 and C2.
