Submissions on the information sources related to averting, minimizing and addressing non-economic losses
The submissions below are received in response to a call for interest to contribute to the development of a knowledge product by the Expert Group on Non-economic losses of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage Executive Committee. The knowledge product aims to serve as an update to the 2013 technical paper on non-economic losses.
The call for inputs sought literature or information sources that contain lessons learned specifically on the following:
Policies and planning for prevention and responding to non-economic losses;
Undertaking action on the ground to respond to non-economic losses at different levels;
Practical examples of using tools and methods for assessing non-economic losses.
