Salaheddine Mezouar, President of COP22 and Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation opened the two-day Global Forum of Alliances and Coalitions on the Climate Action Agenda today in Rabat, in the presence of COP21 and COP20 Presidents, Ségolène Royal and Manuel Pulgar Vidal.
