This addendum provides information on the progress of implementation of the second five-year rolling workplan (for 2023–2027) of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts, including through its expert groups, technical expert group on comprehensive risk management and task force on displacement, between October 2022 and October 2023, and the recommendations of the Committee.
