Abstract
This report summarizes views on and proposed guiding questions for the review of the functions, work programme and modalities of the forum on the impact of the implementation of response measures submitted by Parties and one observer organization to the secretariat. The subsidiary bodies may wish to use the information in this report in preparing the guiding questions to define the scope of the review.
