This document provides a report on the activities of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE). It covers the third meeting of the CGE under its revised mandate, held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 2 and 3 December 2004. It also contains reports of the CGE hands-on training workshop on greenhouse gas inventories for the Latin America and the Caribbean region held in Panama City, Panama, from 25 to 29 October 2004, and of the workshop for the Asia region held in Shanghai, China from 8 to 12 February 2005
