This report covers the activities and performance of the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) and the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) in 2018, including activities to support the implementation of the Paris Agreement. It includes one joint chapter and two separate chapters, one for each of the two bodies. The chapter of the TEC outlines its work undertaken in 2018, covers its 16^th and 17^th meetings and includes its key messages for the Conference of the Parties (COP) at its twenty-fourth session. The chapter of the CTCN describes its work in 2018, covers the 11^th and 12^th meetings of the Advisory Board of the CTCN and contains key messages for COP 24. It also includes information provided by the United Nations Environment Programme on matters regarding its role as co-host of the CTCN. Annex I contains recommendations of the TEC on ways forward and actions to be taken based on the outcomes of the technical expert meetings on mitigation. Annex II contains inputs of the TEC to the COP 24 stocktake on pre-2020 implementation and ambition. Annex III contains inputs of the TEC to the Talanoa Dialogue.
