Abstract

The information concerning the Convention and its Kyoto Protocol presented in two annexes:
·Annex I, providing a general status of ratification of the Convention as at 12 March 2001, the dates in the column on ratification being those of receipt by the Depositary of the instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession;
·Annex II, listing in alphabetical order all the Parties to the Convention that had signed, ratified or acceded to the Kyoto Protocol as at 22 October 2001
