The side-event hosted by the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body aims to provide information on the implementation status of the mechanism and an outlook on upcoming milestones. The event will also seek to further catalyze interest in the Article 6.4 mechanism and inform on the capacity-building programme launched at COP 27 to assist Parties wishing to voluntarily participate in the mechanism. Finally, the event will be an opportunity to hear experts’ views on the mechanism and interact with them.
