The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the leading global authority on the environment. Implementing projects in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, North Africa, and Pacific region, and supporting 24 countries to develop their National Adaptation Plans (NAPs).
The Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action brings together fiscal and economic policymakers from over 90 countries to drive sustainable economic growth by integrating climate considerations into economic and financial decision-making. It works to enhance the role of finance ministries in addressing climate change by sharing best practices, collaborating on policy development, and encouraging the alignment of national financial policies with the goals of the Paris Agreement.
UNDP is the leading United Nations organization fighting to end the injustice of poverty, inequality, and climate change. UNDP’s Climate Promise is the UN system’s largest portfolio of support on climate action, working with more than 140 countries and territories, including support to 50 countries on NAP processes.
