11. Updated flexible workplan of the Adaptation Committee for 2019-2021

AC/2020/13 - Draft updated workplan of the Adaptation Committee for 2019-2021

Summary outcome

New items from COP25 / CMA.2 have been reflected in the workplan contained in document AC/2020/13 prepared for the meeting and circulated in advance. Changes are procedural and have not been discussed by the AC.

AC members are invited to report any potential oversights to the secretariat within a week, and the secretariat is requested to publish the revised flexible workplan on the web on Friday 3 April.

12. Organization of inter-sessional work

Summary outcome

The AC agreed on its members of working groups, leads and contributors of individual items as well as members nominated as liaisons with other constituted bodies.

The AC also agreed on its time lines for inter-sessional work. The time line will be revisited after the Bureau meeting in April and again in June to plan for the 2nd half of the year.

13. Dates for future meetings

Pending global developments in relation to COVID 19, the AC agreed on 25-28 August as the anticipated dates for AC18.
