Views on specific possible additional land use, land-use change and forestry activities and specific alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the clean development mechanism. Submissions from Parties and admitted observer organizations.
1. The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its thirty-ninth session, recalled its invitation to Parties and admitted observer organizations to submit to the secretariat their views on specific possible additional land use, land-use change and forestry activities and specific alternative approaches to addressing the risk of nonpermanence
under the clean development mechanism, and encouraged them to continue submitting such views until 28 February 2014.
2. The secretariat has received four such submissions from Parties. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the languages in which they were received and without formal editing.
3. In line with established practice, the submission received from an intergovernmental organization and the submission received from a non-governmental organization have been posted on the UNFCCC website
