This document contains detailed information on the initial accounting parameters under the Kyoto Protocol which are recorded for Parties included in Annex I to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol in the compilation and accounting database after completion of review pursuant to decision 22/CMP.1 and the resolution of questions of implementation, if any. It also contains annual information on anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2008 and 2009 from sources listed in Annex A to the Kyoto Protocol, GHG emissions and removals in 2008 and 2009 from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraph 3, of the Kyoto Protocol, and elected activities under Article 3, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol and holdings and transactions of Kyoto Protocol units. Some of the annual information is provisional which will be finalized after completion of the 2011 annual review pursuant to decision 22/CMP.1 and the resolution of questions of implementation, if any
