Abstract
This report was prepared to inform discussions at the 13th Durban Forum on capacity-building and the 8th meeting of the Paris Committee on Capacity-building. It compiles and synthesizes information on capacity-building from reports of UNFCCC constituted bodies, the operating entities of the Financial Mechanism and the Adaptation Fund Board published in 2023.
