Abstract
This addendum to the SCF report compiles information from the submissions on the draft guidance to the operating entities of the Financial Mechanism received by the SCF from Parties, groups of Parties and members of the SCF, the AC and the TEC as at 5 October 2019. The submissions on draft guidance to the GCF are covered in annex I and those on draft guidance to the GEF in annex II.
