Abstract

At its eighth session, the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) considered the issue of the second review of the adequacy of Article 4.2(a) and (b). It invited Parties to submit their views on this item by 15 August and requested the secretariat to compile them for consideration at its ninth session. Six submissions have been received. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submission are attached and are reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
