With accordance to Decision -/CMA.4Matters relating to the work programme for urgently scaling up mitigation ambition and implementation referred to in paragraph 27 of decision 1/CMA.3, para 12, Parties, observers and other non-Party stakeholders are invited to submit via the submission portal by 1 February 2023 and every year thereafter suggested topics in line with the scope of the work programme to be discussed under the global dialogues referred to the para 8-9 of the decision.
In accordance with Decision 4/CMA.4, para 14, we would like to remind Parties, observers, and other non-Party stakeholders to submit their views on opportunities, best practices, actionable solutions, challenges and barriers relevant to the topic via the submission portal four weeks before the dialogue (5 May 2023 for the first global dialogue and 22 September 2023 for the second global dialogue).
