The first-ever workshop for the facilitative sharing of views (FSV) under the international consultation and analysis (ICA) process for non-Annex I Partieswill be convened from 20 to 21 May 2016 during the forty-fourth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) in Bonn, Germany. The objective of the ICA process is to increase the transparency of mitigation actions and their effects, in a manner that is non-intrusive, non-punitive and respectful of the national sovereignty.
