The Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), at its twenty-seventh session, invited the Global Environment Facility (GEF) to continue to provide information on its activities relating to the preparation of national communications by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties), including information on the dates of approval of funding and disbursement of funds, for consideration by the SBI at its twenty-eighth session. The annex contained in this document provides details of the status of enabling activity projects, including preparation of the initial, second and subsequent national communications of non-Annex I Parties, and the dates of approval and disbursement of funds. However, information on the level of progress and expected date of submission, which is not included in this document, will be provided by the GEF secretariat in its report to the Conference of the Parties at its fourteenth session
