Abstract

This document reports on the eleventh meeting of the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG), held in Honiara, Solomon Islands, from 26 to 28 March 2007. It provides a response to decision 4/CP.11, which requests the LEG to develop a work programme that includes the implementation of national adaptation programmes of action (NAPAs). It also provides a response to the request made by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth
sessions, to be kept informed by the LEG of its efforts to implement the work programme over the biennium 2006−2007, and gives an update on the efforts of the LEG to convene a meeting to take stock of the progress made by Parties in the preparation and implementation of NAPAs
