The Conference of the Parties, by its decision 1/CP.16, paragraph 47, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 28 March 2011, views on the items relating to a work programme for the development of modalities and guidelines listed in decision 1/CP.16, paragraph 46, including with respect to the initial scheduling of the processes described in chapter III.A of the decision.
