The secretariat received a letter dated 17 November 2006 from the Government of the Republic of Belarus which confirmed the consent of Belarus, in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 7, of the Kyoto Protocol, regarding the adoption of the amendment to Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its second session. This letter, attached herewith, was communicated by the secretariat to Parties to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol on 17 November 2006
