Abstract

This compendium of draft decisions forwarded for adoption to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its first session (COP/MOP 1) has been prepared by the secretariat to assist Parties in preparing for the session. The compendium is issued in several parts; the present document contains an introduction and overview, as well as the draft decision on arrangements for COP/MOP 1. The other draft decisions are contained in the following addenda:

FCCC/KP/CMP/2005/3/Add.1 : Decisions concerning land-use, land-use change and forestry, and matters relating to Article 3, paragraph 14, of the Kyoto Protocol
