This document contains information on the status of receipt of contributions to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) trust funds as at 31 May 2004. Table 1 lists the arrears from prior years (1996–2003), the 2004 indicative contributions, the amounts and dates of payments in 2004, contributions paid in advance for future years and the total outstanding balances due to the Trust Fund for the Core Budget of the UNFCCC. Table 2 lists Parties in 10 groups according to their status of contributions to the core budget:

(b) Parties with 2004 contributions outstanding
(c) Parties with 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(d) Parties with 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(e) Parties with 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(f) Parties with 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(g) Parties with 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(h) Parties with 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(i) Parties with 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding
(j) Parties with 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 contributions outstanding.
Tables 3 and 4 report on contributions received in the biennium 2004–2005 for the Trust Fund for Participation in the UNFCCC Process and the Trust Fund for Supplementary Activities, respectively. Parties are requested to bring to the attention of the secretariat any errors or omissions in the information presented.
