Abstract

The Conference of the Parties, at the second part of its sixth session, forwarded the draft decision "Land use, land-use change and forestry" for elaboration, completion and adoption at its seventh session (see FCCC/CP/2001/5/Add.2, section I). Belgium, on behalf of the European Community and its member States, has provided a submission relating to the above-mentioned draft decision. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, this submission is attached and reproduced in the language in which it was received and without formal editing
