From 12 to 14 February 2025, RCC Asia Pacific hosted a Brainstorming Workshop on Innovative Sources and Modalities of Finance for Adaptation, bringing together experts to explore financing typologies, innovative mechanisms beyond grants and loans, and scalable funding initiatives. 

The discussions aimed to identify existing and new financing modalities, enhance cooperative approaches and co-create actionable pathways to operationalize innovative solutions for adaptation aligned with the NAP 3.0 pillar on promoting innovative and novel adaptation financing for NAPs.
