The table below lists cooperative approaches for which participating Parties have provided comprehensive information in their respective Initial Reports or Updated Initial Reports.

The information is presented as submitted and may not have undergone technical expert review under Article 6. Where such a review has taken place, inconsistencies in reported cooperative approaches may have been identified.

Cooperative approach identifiers are issued by the secretariat in accordance with information provided by participating Parties in their Initial or Updated Initial Reports.
In practice, the secretariat assigns a new identifier to a cooperative approach upon submission of a Party’s Initial or Updated Initial Report. Subsequent submissions (e.g. Annual Information and Regular Information) are expected to refer to cooperative approaches that have already been described.

Each cooperative approach identifier follows an alphanumeric format (e.g. CAnnnn), where the numerical sequence (nnnn) is assigned incrementally.
